Our involvement in this property started in 2005 when we were appointed by a property development company to manage a freehold redevelopment site which had incumbent tenancies in an office building. Our remit was to maximise rental income and mitigate costs whilst progressively retaking possession of the entire property which we achieved.

We worked alongside our client through the design and construction phases of the development and were then retained to manage the office element of the new estate, within which our client housed their new headquarters.

Our management then extended to the management of the client’s privately rented residential portfolio in the estate as well as management of any void commercial units.

Over the years, we have also acted on the client’s behalf in respect of lease renewals, rent reviews and dilapidations cases.
