Since 2005 Shepherd Property Consultants have managed this prestigious freehold development site in central London.

We were initially appointed by the property development company to manage a freehold redevelopment site which had incumbent tenancies in an office building. Our remit was to maximise rental income and mitigate costs whilst progressively retaking possession of the entire property – which we achieved.

We then worked alongside our client through the design and construction phases of the development and were ultimately retained to manage the office element of the new estate, including our client’s new headquarters.

Our management even extends to the management of the client’s privately rented residential portfolio within the estate as well as management of any void commercial units, and over the years, we have also acted on the client’s behalf in respect of lease renewals, rent reviews and dilapidations cases – making full use of our wide ranging expertise.
