Jane has been a Chartered Building Surveyor for over 20 years and joined Shepherd Property Consultants following ten successful years as the lead surveyor for various residential property management companies. Prior to joining the company, Jane worked in Central London for national and international Surveying firms for clients such as the Crown Estate and Grosvenor Estate.
In her current role Jane manages the company’s Building Surveying services- providing all aspects of these services to our clients and working closely with her colleagues across other teams within the company.
Managing projects of all sizes, her pragmatic and personable attitude ensures that her clients’ objectives are fully understood and executed. She is also highly experienced with the Section 20 consultation processes, long term planned maintenance schedules, dilapidations and insurance cost assessments for both commercial and residential sectors.
In her spare time Jane enjoys long walks in the New Forest with her family, skiing and catching a show in the west end.
