Michelle has always worked in credit control but specialised within the property industry for the past 16 years- collecting rents, service charge and insurances on commercial and residential properties. Michelle oversees the allocation of monies on tenants’ accounts, payments, and manages the debtor reports. She is responsible for the arrears and debt reporting to the clients. Michelle is also on hand assist the property management surveyors with contractors’ and day to day enquiries.
Outside work and in between ferrying her son to his football matches and training, she enjoys walking and going to the gym, and spending time with family and friends.
