Tom started his professional career in property in 2005, starting in agency before moving into general practice where he also specialised in a degree in Estate Management at UCEM, Reading before securing his chartered status. He has a background in all sectors of the industry including residential and commercial and has represented clients in various specialisms, including Landlord and Tenant transactions, asset management, project management, management consultancy and occupier consultancy.
Away from the office, Tom can often be found running the trails of the Surrey Hills- if he has an opportunity to divert his attention from his wife and three young daughters!
