Tracy has worked in the property industry for over 20 years working in the industry. In this time, she has worked closely with property companies, shopping centres, retail parks and residential portfolios. She has in-depth knowledge of financial management and service charge accounting.
In her current role, she is responsible for all aspects of our client financial reporting requirements including VAT, Tax as well as rent collections and ensures the service charge accounts are completed in accordance with RICS guidelines.
Outside of the office Tracy is more at home being outside for the day, going for long walks especially by the Cornish coast, come rain or shine. Tracy has volunteered with Whale and Dolphin Conservation in America over numerous years and worked alongside marine biologists to monitor and identify individual humpback whales, as well as helping to educate passengers on whale facts and their environmental challenges.
